THIS IS A 100 PERCENT COMMISSION-BASED POSITION. We are a new brokerage that has opened its first office in Columbia servicing the entire Baltimore/Columbia area. Are you looking for a change and an opportunity to keep more of the hard earned commission you deserve. JPAR is a 100% commission based brokerage. We offer a full service office, No desk fees, No monthly or hidden fees. One flat fee/transaction per transaction with a annual cap. We offer this without asking you to give up any support or service you currently getting at your brokerage. We started in 2019 and have about 4000 agents nationwide and expanding rapidly. Our focus is offering premier real estate service while supporting our communities. JPAR 5 Star Properties is our newest franchise in Columbia. We are seeking licensed agent to mentor agents that graduate out of our training program. As a mentor, you use your experience and knowledge to guide these new agents as they each close their first five transaction with you. You are compensated on each of the 5 closings. You can choose the number of agents you want to mentor. Two closings a month can result in a net income increase of 60K annually. We believe your knowledge and experience is valuable and are seeking experienced agents who want more control of the income they produce without giving up value of their brokerage. We believe we can offer that plus being part of an office that is invested in making our community better.

Community events our office is involved in:

-2024 Aids Ride ,we are riding 585 miles in 7 days next june on a bike, In Sept we are opening a veteran housing Program in Baltimore, a home we own and operate for local veterans, monthly equitable housing work shops at the office, monthly local art and wine display at the office, LGBTQ Alliance Housing member, chritmas tree lot in December and any other effort our agents want to be part of. We have a office committee that plans and decides on what the office will take part in.

Responsibiliteis include

• Have a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Be able to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Be able to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients.
• Be able to market properties effectively.
• Be able to work with buyers and sellers to ensure a successful transaction.
• Maintain current knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $94,944.00 per year
